He was born on the 21st of March 1971 in Brazzaville. He did his postulancy and philosophy in Libreville, Gabon. Then did his novitiate in Mbalmayo in Cameroun, followed by his mission placement in Nigeria, in the then Province of Nigeria. He studied theology at the Ecole Théologique St. Cyprien in Yaoundé, Ngoya, Cameroun, and then at the Spiritan International School of Theology (SIST) in Enugu, Nigeria. He took his perpetual vows on the 28th of August 1999 at Awo-Onamma (Nigeria) and was ordained a Spiritan priest on the 15th of July 2000 in Brazzaville.
