Was born 23 January 1964 in Moshi, Tanzania. He joined the Congregation in 1990. Studied theology at Tangaza College/the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), Nairobi, KENYA (1990-1994) earning BA in religious studies and Bachelor of Sacred Theology respectively. He made perpetual vows the 1st of October 1994, in Nairobi and ordained priest the 27th of May 1995 at the Holy Ghost Seminary, USA River, Tanzania.
Was appointed to Our Lady of the Sick, Mulago Parish, Archdiocese of Kampala, Uganda, as Associate Pastor and Youth Chaplain (1995-1998); Parish Priest of Mulago Parish (1998-2002); Coordinator of the Department of Ecumenism, Kampala Archdiocese (2001-2002). Was sent for further studies at the Institute of Religious Formation (IRF) at the Catholic Theological Union (C.T.U), Chicago, United States (2002-2004) and earned a Diploma in Religious Formation Skills and MA in Theology (from CTU). Was appointed Director of Novices, Lushoto, Tanga Spiritan Novitiate, Tanzania (2004-2008). Was nominated Provincial Superior of Tanzania (2008-2012). He also served as President of the Spiritan Conference of Major Superiors of Africa and the Islands (SCCAI) from 2008-2010. He is Assistant General since 2012.
