"The great rule of all apostolic life is holiness. Our good Master said: “I sanctify myself for them”. He wanted to sanctify the world, and for that he had to sanctify himself. He wants to communicate a particular holiness to his chosen ones. We must possess this holiness of Jesus in ourselves so as to extend it to others. "

"La grande règle de toute vie apostolique, c’est la sainteté. Notre bon Maître a dit : « Je me sanctifie moi-même pour eux ». Il a voulu sanctifier le monde, et pour cela il a dû se sanctifier lui-même. Il veut communiquer une sainteté particulière à ses élus. Il faut que nous possédions en nous cette sainteté de Jésus pour la répandre dans les autres. "
