Propaganda approves the setting up of a new mission in the Prefecture of the Congo. The chosen centre is Landana in Cabinda. It was from this base that the evangelisation of Congo Kinshasa was started.

La Propagande approuve l’ouverture d’une nouvelle mission dans la Préfecture du Congo. Le centre choisi fut Landana, dans l’enclave de Cabinda. A partir de cette “mission-mère” sera entreprise l’évangélisation du Congo Kinshasa.
