The Council of State of the French Republic takes cognisance of a memorandum, dated March 30th, 1901, presented on behalf of the Association of the Holy Spirit (recently suppressed) which appears to prove that this Association is in fact an authorised Congregation. The Council therefore decrees, in view of the evidence submitted, that the As-sociation of the Holy Spirit is now considered to be a legally authorised religious Congregation.

Le Conseil d'État de la République Française a pris connaissance d'un mémoire , daté du 30 mars 1901, présenté au nom de l'Association du Saint-Esprit (tout juste supprimée) et tendant à revendiquer pour cette Association le titre de Congrégation autorisée. Il décrète, vu les pièces produites, que l'Association du Saint-Esprit peut être considérée comme une Congrégation religieuse légalement autorisée.

O Conselho de Estado da República Francesa tomou conhecimento dum memorando, com data de 30 de Março de 1901, apresentado em nome da Associação do Espírito Santo (antes suprimida) e tendo em vista reivindicar para esta Associação o título de Congregação autorizada. Em face do que foi apresentado, ele decreta, que a Associação do Espírito Santo pode ser considerada como uma Congregação religiosa legalmente autorizada.
