A property is bought at Cellule, Puy-de-Dôme, France; an imperial decree authorises the opening of a junior seminary for the colonies. It would serve as the scholasticate of the province during the second world war. It becomes the noviciate of the French Province after the war, welcoming novices from Great Britain, Belgium, Switzerland, Haiti and many African countries.

Ce fut un scolasticat durant la 2ème guerre mondiale, puis le noviciat de la Province de France, où de nombreux novices de Grande Bretagne, Belgique, Suisse, Haïti et de divers pays africains ont été accueillis.
